Product Description

The 150AFE eats through 25 tons a day.

To maxamise efficiency it needs about 4 people feeding it which you the customer will need to supply.

We supply the machine and a supervisor/opporater.  The 150AFE is an automated feed system and can be rented wet [with diesel] or dry [customer to supply Diesel].  If the machine is not refueld at the end of the day then you will be automatically charged at the wet rate.

We supply in a region by region so please liase with us as to when we will be in your region.

WITNESSThe following terms and conditions shall make up the agreement.

In consideration of the lease of a 150AFE chipper.
The unit for lease is a 150AFE Chipper

The lease period shall be from __________________ to __________________

The Lessor shall:
be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the machine.
the upkeep and maintenance of the blades.
the supply of an operator.

The lessee shall:
not install in or alter the equipment in any way.
not instruct the operator in any way that adversely affect the operation of the machine or endanger the lives of any person in or around the machine.
not cause any materials to pass through the chipper that is not defined as biomass.
be responsible for the supply of staff to feed timber into the chipper.
ensure that the use of the machine is used in accordance with safe practice and workplace health and safety.
provide safe and secure premises for the machine.
ensure access to the machine at all times by the lessor.
pay in advance to each lease month.
supply operator accommodation.
shall be liable for any negligence to the machine.

In the event of adverse circumstances, for example, the total failure of the machine or servicing, then reasonable downtime needs to be allowed for such repairs and maintenance by the lessee.

Governing Law: It is intended by both parties that the government law and jurisdiction is KZN, South Africa.

Severability: Where there is a conflict within this agreement with any ¨Act,¨ then the lease shall be amended. Severability with any point within the lease does not invalidate the whole agreement.

Insurance: The Lessor will insure the machine against theft. Such insurance will also include damage whilst being towed to and from premises. The Lessee will insure or underwrite damages to the machine whilst on site.

Assignment and subletting: Under no circumstance may the Lessee sublet the machine whilst hiring from the Lessor.

The lease agreement shall be site specific and the machine may only be moved with permission from lessor

Please note that you will need to liase with us for when we are in your KZN Region. Obviously it is not economically viable for us to travel to northern KZN for a 1 hour job. What we are able to do is group areas together. Select your region so that we can schedule a time for you.
